Jean-Claude Bouchard, President Jean-Claude Bouchard holds a BA in English, a DES post graduate diploma in English, a CAPES diploma in English and a Maitrise (Masters) in law. He was a partner with the law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre between 1996 and 2005 and is currently a Partner with the law firm Taj. He is a VAT specialists and is a member of IACF, IFA, IBA, Chairman of the European VAT Practitioners Association (APTE). He is founder of the VAT Club and Chairman of the International VAT Association. He has written numerous articles, notably for Gazette du Palais, Les Echos, Bulletin Fiscal, Droit Fiscal, Tax Journal, etc.

Julien Bousquet Graduated in human and social sciences of Paris V University, Julien Bousquet began his career at Lowendal group and took part in its development from 1994 to 2006. He held the positions of key account manager, sales Director, VAT senior Director and international Director. Since 2007, he has been Executive Director of Bousquet & Associés, a real estate company specialized in property development and renovation, as well as a manager of Patrimoni, an investment fund.

Philippe de Cuverville A graduate in management of Rennes University, Philippe de Cuverville joined Louis Dreyfus Group in 1984. From 1984 to 1997, he held several managing positions within the industrial and product departments. Then he became secretary-general of Delpeyrat, a gastronomic food company. From 1998 to 2008, he was Executive Managing Director and secretary-general of Neuf Cegetel. Following the acquisition of Neuf Cegetel by SFR in 2008, he became secretary-general of SFR in 2008. Currently, he works as an independent administrator for several companies and organizations.

Arnaud Dufer Arnaud Dufer is a graduate of ESSEC, IAE, and holds a DESS postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance from IEP in Paris. He began his professional career in 1994 with Citibank as Assistant Manager in the M&A Department, before later becoming Manager of the large business division. From 1998 onwards, he held the position of Senior Investment Executive and Investment Manager with the 3i Group (Paris - Nantes). He joined AXA Private Equity in 2003

Dominique-Henri Freiche, Censor Holding a law degree from ISG and IHEDN, Dominique-Henri Freiche, a company administrator, has sat on Lowendal’s Board of Directors since its creation. Notably, he held the position of Director of International Development of PPR, Chaired the Board of Directors at Christies France and is currently on the Boards of Chateau-Latour, Nafnaf-Chevignon and Financière AVR as well on the Boards of several south and eastern Asian countries.

Baudouin d’Hérouville An engineering graduate of the Ecole Navale et de l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace SUPAERO, Baudouin d’Hérouville holds a DES postgraduate degree in Business Engineering (finance option) and a DES postgraduate diploma in Management Science (Hons) from Paris X, HEC and ESSEC. He began his career as a pilot with Aéronautique Navale, where he simultaneously held several operational administration and managerial positions. After a period with Aerospatiale Airbus in the production field, he oversaw several international aeronautical and naval programmes. He joined AXA Private Equity in 2002.

Louis Lasry, Censor A graduate of the Institut National Agronomique, Louis Lasry began his career with Louis-Dreyfus, which specialises in international trade, the transformation and marketing of agricultural and energy-related raw materials. As a member of the Group’s management team, Louis Lasry has Chaired and been a member of the Board of Directors of the Group’s numerous holdings in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the UK, Brazil, the Ivory Coast, Argentina, USA and Canada.

Jean-Luc Lénart A graduate in economics, Jean-Luc Lénart began his career as a sales engineer in the computer field. He then joined ATOS Origin group in 1982. As the group evolved, he was part of the management board and a member of the Executive Committee until 1998. He became CEO of CCMX in the context of a LMBI from 1999 to 2004. After spending a few years in the field of investment banking, he now devotes himself to his own consulting business as well as to his activities of independent administrator and individual investor.

Olivier Rosenfeld A graduate of Solvay Business School, Oliver Rosenfeld began his career at Merrill Lynch, Investment banking department, where he took part in several privatization programs, before joining Goldman Sachs, as a member of the team in charge of IPOs in New York and Hong-Kong. Olivier Rosenfeld joined Iliad Group (Free) in January 2001 as Financial Director, a position he held until 2008. He took part in all the development steps of the group, which is now the biggest French independent group in the field of fixed telecommunications. Olivier Rosenfeld is now an administrator of Iliad Group and a member of the audit committee.
